Florella delivers 100% fresh flowers.
DELIVERY AREA
As of now we do deliveries within DELHI NCR only.
ORDER CUTOFF TIME
9AM – 5PM (All 7 Days)
SAME DAY DELIVERY
(ALL 7 DAYS Till 9 PM)
We do guarantee same day deliveries of Fresh Flowers, as long as the order is placed before 5 pm and the order is not a custom arrangement. For a custom arrangement, we require a prior notice of at least one day.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you’ve placed the order post 9 pm, it will only be processed the next day.
MID-NIGHT DELIVERY
Mid night delivery is a privilege we extend to our customers at a cost. Florella do mid night deliveries, as long as the order is placed before 5pm. An extra charge of Rs. 300 will be charged.
7 DAYS DELIVERY
Florella delivers all 7 days a week. Government holidays subject to exceptions, please check in advance. All orders that are affected will be rescheduled to the next available delivery date.
FESTIVALS
The festive season with Florella witnessed bulk orders, therefore, we request you to please place your order a minimum of 3 day prior to the date of delivery for a seamless & delightful experience.
The cut off time for flower orders will be the business day before Festival’s. Due to the large volume of orders, it may be necessary for us to have some orders delivered on the day before. Due to the large volume of orders that Florella will be delivering for any Festival, we cannot guarantee or provide a delivery time for these orders.
Rest we assure, your order will be delivered as soon as humanly possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time may not be delivered until the next available delivery date of the Festival.
DELIVERY LIMITATIONS
Florella do not guarantee delivery to the following places wherever is difficult to access like: Army, Airforce, Hospitals (especially Intensive Care Units), Jails, Cemeteries, Secure buildings, Hotels and Mines.
RURAL OR REMOTE AREAS
Florella cannot guarantee delivery to some rural addresses and remote locations. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
HOSPITALS, RECOVERY HOUSES, STUDENT HOUSING & NURSING HOMES
When placing your order going to a recipient in a hospital or nursing home, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. Orders are sent in accordance with facility procedures. As most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers, and some hospitals do not allow lilies or balloons due to allergen reasons. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. As orders are likely to be left with the hospital warden or staff,
Florella is not responsible for the safety or the remaining delivery of your order beyond the point of drop-off.
OFFICES
When placing your order going to a recipient in an office, please be sure to include the business name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or indication of the area the recipient is located. You must include the hours the recipient is available on premise or whether to have the order delivery to the reception or administration office. As orders are likely to be left at the reception, Florella is not responsible for the safety or the remaining delivery of your order beyond point of drop-off. If no hours are provided, Florella will assume the recipient is available according to regular business hours of 9am to 9pm.
SCHOOLS
It is required that you select a delivery time of by 3pm or earlier. Please consider when school holidays are when placing your order. Please clearly indicate the school name and if the recipient is a student or a staff on premise. As orders are likely to be left at the reception, Florella will not responsible for the safety or the remaining delivery of your order beyond point of drop-off. If premise cannot be accessed or the order cannot be left on premise leading to a second time delivery attempt, an additional delivery fee may be charged.
HOTELS & HOLIDAY RESORTS
Please indicate clearly if the recipient is a guest or a staff at the location. The following must be included in the order information to ensure the success of your delivery:
Hotel or Resort name, room name or number and address. If the recipient has vacated or checked-out of the hotel or resort at the time of delivery, the standard processing fee and delivery fee will be charged for the order. If a different address is provided after a failed attempt for delivery, an additional delivery fee of Rs. 300 may be charged.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes in the order can be entertained only 24 working hours prior to the date of delivery unless confirmed by Florella team.
Florella is unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed.

NO REFUND
Florella does not offer a refund on cancellations of orders. In such circumstances, we issue credit notes, which are to be used within 3 months from the date of initial order placed.
In the case of bad weather conditions, heavy rain, flooding, etc. We will make the delivery when it’s possible. In such a case refund will not be initiated. If, due to the ongoing pandemic, an area is sealed or the building/Apartments disagree to accept any parcels, a refund will not be initiated. We can offer you a re-delivery at an additional cost depending on the day and time of delivery.
In case of non-availability due to lockdown, a refund won’t be processed and the amount paid will be kept as credit.

PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In case of unavailability of a box, flower, or the colour of a flower, we will notify you and offer you an immediate replacement at the same time. Please note, we will not offer a refund for such unavailability’s. Moreover, you choose a box of a higher category; the difference amount will be chargeable to you.
Online Ordering
The ordering process includes the following steps:
- Choose your product and add it to the shopping cart.
- Enter the shipping address along with a correct pin code & landmark (if possible).
- Enter the billing address together with the payment information.
- You will be asked to accept the General Terms and Conditions.
- You will have the opportunity to view a summary of your order.
- Moreover you can add ‘additional comments’ in the remarks section if any modifications or customizations in the order are desired.
We assure you that we will try our best to express your emotions in the best possible way!
After placing the order:
- You will get an email of order placed from Florella.
- If we are proceeding with the order. You will get a confirmation email from Florella. (Just In case the product goes out of stock, we will inform you and we reserve the right to cancel the order).
- You will get an email, once your order has been shipped / dispatched.
- You will get an email, that your order has been delivered.
- You will be asked to accept the General Terms and Conditions.
- You will have the opportunity to view a summary of your order.
These general terms and conditions are included in the confirmation email of the order and apply to every legal relationship between Florella and the Consumer. The Consumer confirms this during the ordering process.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Our website is SSL secured. Florella accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard. You will be asked to select the card type during the Checkout process. You will know that your credit card details are being transferred to Florella by looking for the padlock or unbroken key icon that will appear either at the top or bottom of your browser whenever you are providing us with personal information.
PRICING
The price for each product is clearly shown on our website. The total order prices, including delivery are shown on your order page during the checkout process prior to your order confirmation.
During promotions, our website may offer discount when a voucher code is used. These promotions are only valid when the said voucher code is entered into the Promotion Code box during your checkout process while ordering through our website. You may use only one voucher code or promotion code per order. Each code may not be valid when used in combination with other promotional offers.
